Edward Viterbo is a very experienced restaurateur, he is also the owner of two other famous Thai restaurant in Auckland City, The Grasshopper restaurant and Mai Thai restaurant. He brings his years of experience to Golden Silk to make sure that he only offers the best.
Rachel Viterbo is the Maitre’ d/Owner of the restaurant, providing friendly and efficient service. The waiting staff have an excellent understanding of the menu, sourced fresh daily.
Sukanya Saripong is the Chef who has extensive experience in cooking Thai cuisine in restaurants and hotels in Thailand and New Zealand.
